Beat Lab is a free service with thousands of sound and rhythm combinations. Beat Lab provides a grid where the learner selects the sounds to be played, how often it's played and how quickly. Sounds can also be uploaded.

Soundation is a free service that allows the learner to create and remix sound tracks online. The program looks similar and GarageBand. Music clips and sound effects are placed on different tracks and can be mixed together to create original work. Soundation has a gallery of sounds or sounds can be uploaded. Instruments and keyboards are built into the program so original music can be recorded. The music can then be downloaded and shared.

SoundCloud allows the learner to upload and share audio recordings that are stored on the learner's computer. Soundcloud allows the learner to comment on each track played. These recordings can be shared with others.
